My homeboy Zac came up from Oregon this weekend, so we hung out all Saturday. That was pretty cool - I like to see that big lug sometimes. My friend Science invited me to a party that night at a house in Greenwood overrun by hippie people. That party included organ-oke, where one person would play an organ improv-style, and people yelled out subjects to the improv singer (examples: Dragons! My milkshake!). Good times, good times.
I did indeed watch the presidential debate on Friday, and it was... interesting. Bush didn't come off as a complete idiot this time, which is actually a little unfortunate for Kerry (or as I've learned to call him, Mr. Statistic). As much as I want Kerry to win, I'm concerned that all of these promises he's making are going to get him in trouble. He also keeps referring to his 'plan' which is supposed to save the nation, and can be viewed at JohnKerry.com. Well, apparently the plan is nearly the entire freakin' website, which is a bit much to chew on for me. Enough Kerry Kriticism - he's getting my vote. Bush still doesn't believe in global warming, that tard. I really enjoyed Bush's use of the word 'internets'. I came away from the debate knowing that Kerry hangs with Superman and Bush doesn't believe in science.
Halfway through the debate I realized that they were both speaking against a very bright blue screen. Oh, how I would love to take that broadcast and key in some very interesting background footage in place of the blue!
I
started up my own nation the other day - hopefully it will become fruitful.
Lastly I discovered an incredible store in Fremont named Burnt Sugar. Picked
this little guy up from there - everybody needs a communist notebook. I think everybody's Christmas gifts will be coming out of that store whether they like it or not. Yes Andrea, I wrote about the store in my blog.
Time to rock the axe again. Two of the fingertips on my left hand have become numb, and two others have become 'thicker'. This is good, since man, it hurts to hold those strings down and move around all rock-n-roll like.
And then you said:
