As briefly mentioned before, I am reorganizing my room and, in the process, getting rid of many things I no longer need. Today I put three computer cases, with about two working computers in between the three, into my car for delivery to
RE-PC tomorrow. The first two PCs were fine, but the third one I packed away... man. That case has been with me for nearly ten years. It really pained me to put it in my car. The unique way it opened up, the 24 air holes that Leonard Henderson hand-drilled in the back, my hand-made 'round' cables... man. It even has the same motherboard and CPU in it - the Celery 300A! Only
Garhan knows what I'm talking about and the magical powers of that CPU.
Anyway. I've sold a couple
boxes of cables, and a guy in Kent is interested in the rest... that's good news. One guy nominated me for
Best of Craig's List, since I put so much effort into my ad. Now I have a jacket, beanbag chair, iMac, and two giant tables to get rid of before I think I'm sufficiently purged. I'm getting there!
There are pictures from the circus stripjoint night I attended. Behold,
the photo booth! I think the spanking pictures on page 3 are the best. I've stood on that guy before, his name is
Jason.
On Tuesday Andrea and I headed to the
Sunset to see
The Math and Physics Club play. They were so good! They're still so small, this last week they played their first ever shows outside of Seattle. They were all genuinely elated with all the people that turned out to see their show, and it was so nice to see that. During the middle of their popular song,
Sixteen and Pretty, the singer forgot the words and they stopped! Then they cracked a few jokes and started again. I had a good time. And! And! The girl in the band plays violin, which I guess I've never really studied closely before, because I thought the motions she made to play the violin were just amazing. So precise, like a robot-clock. I also felt that way when I saw the cello guy from
The Magnetic Fields last year.
The other day I decided I would like to purchase and play a
concertina.
Tomorrow at work we move our office back to Belltown/downtown Seattle, right by the market. I'm so happy about this. Now I can have secret lunches with all my downtown homies!
I'm exhausted, but haven't been able to get to sleep before 1:00am all week. Will tonight be my lucky night?

You should definately get a concertina and learn to play!
And then you said:
