On Tuesday I started feeling sick at work - achy, funny in the tummy, etc. I thought I was constipated. Boy was I wrong! I went to bed after coming home, and for the next 48 hours I hardly left the bed. Wow. Today I've been up since 3:15, and it's about 10:30... I feel exhausted. With any luck I'll be well enough to go to work tomorrow. Regardless of my health I'm still going to see The Animation Show, if it friggin' kills me, I will ask Don Hertzfeldt my many questions live and in person.

Why have I been so sick this year? What have I done to warrant this? I'm awfully confused, as I'm never sick so frequently - maybe once a year, todos. Since I've had this balrog going in September I've been sick three times! Wtf man? Today I wondered 'Do I not appreciate life enough?' I thought I did, I really thought I did.

So since 2003 I've been a part of annual 'For the love of all that's holy, why are we still in Iraq?' demonstration websites, and this year's (march19.info) is coming up. I'm not the guy in charge of design this year, but will be hosting/updating it as I get the info. It's good to be a part of something I believe in. I'm sensitive to our troops in Iraq, but am furious at our administration's reasoning for them being there (WMDs? Halliburton?), and while I know we can't just pull out, isn't there something we can do to stop throwing our troops' lives away and stop wasting our debt-ridden country's money? And save face with the international community? And create a world where I don't have to see Horatio Sanz play Kim Jong Il, air guitaring Smoke on the Water on his nuclear missle (though that was pretty funny)?

While looking around today I discovered that one of the people in our Department of Homeland Security is Samuel Wright, Senior Vice President, Government Relations for the Cendant Corporation. Since I work in real estate, I know Cendant owns all of the big real estate franchises... Century 21, ERA, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's Realty, etc, etc... who knew they owned Orbitz too? I hope they don't own me.

Blah, enough of that stuff. I'm just happy I was able to make it out of the house today!

Today I saw a license plate thing that said 'Powered by squirrels, driven by a nut'. I like both of those but think only one should be used at a time - don't use them together.

I think I have bedsores. Can you get bedsores after two days? I'm getting delirious. Good night.
